We recently had a call from a client who was in the process of having their old 1970’s conservatory knocked down and replaced, until all works were halted when their contractor came across asbestos cement panels.

The correct procedures were followed in stopping all works until the professionals had been in to deal with the issue 👏

To top it off ASE received another top review from a great customer.

⚠️ ASBESTOS REMOVAL ⚠️

A few months ago we got a call from a client asking to sample some ceilings in a property they were looking to purchase.

These samples came back positive for chrysotile asbestos (Artex)

Once the completion of the property went through our client instructed us to remove all the affected ceilings in their new home.

The team at ASE worked hard throughout the week to safely remove and dispose of artex complete with lathe & plaster ceilings to the affected rooms.

Please don’t attempt to remove any form of asbestos without the correct knowledge and PPE.

Coming across a lot of these jobs recently were someone has not removed asbestos correctly and have then dumped it at the bottom of the garden to deteriorate.
