We got called out too a leak in a customers roof today, unfortunately the customer had ignored it for such a long time and what we found was one of the roof rafters and some of the roof plate had completely rotted away! We managed to replace the rotten timber and fix the original leak. This is why you shouldn’t ignore a small leak it can turn into a BIG problem!
