We are currently working on a project to restore a Victorian end of terrace residential leasehold building in St Leonard's, which is in significant need of repair in order to bring it back to habitable condition.
Extensive external works are ongoing, followed by a refurbishment of the interior of the flats due to dampness.

Gradient are delighted to be appointed to act as CDM Regulations Principal Designer and Advisor, for three distinct lift refurbishment projects in London.

The three projects will be undertaken in two large residential properties – one in Knightsbridge and one in Kensington – in addition to the luxurious 5-Star ‘’Chelsea Harbour Hotel’.

Gradient Consultants attended the National Organisation of Asbestos Consultants Annual General Meeting earlier this month.
A really interesting day with speakers from leading members of the asbestos surveying community, HSE and International Accreditation organisations.
An opportunity to take part in several workshops where numerous potential challenges and opportunities within asbestos management were discussed.
As members of NORAC, Gradient support the organisation in it’s quest to raise standards and being a voice at the top table with regulators, government and industry stakeholders helping to shape and influence future policy and regulation.

The National Organisation of Asbestos Consultants is an independent association for corporate members of the asbestos testing and inspection community.

Our directors Richard and Clare joined 160 delegates in Madrid for the Monocle Quality of Life Conference.
Here is Richard discussing urbanism with celebrated Danish Architect Jan Gehl and Norway's Sir Rune Mc Wergeland. While Clare enjoys the mouth-watering market culture tapas of Mercado Vallehermoso in the Chamberi district.
