Bringing this property up to modern standards, even though it has been renovated 10 years prior, the standard of workmanship inside this property was below standard. Faulty MCB’s, no trunking lids in sight, heavily corroded light fittings and non IP fittings and switches used in a damp basement which had failed and no longer worked.
