Panelling added to the hallway after the ramp was built and radiator was removed. Still needs painting but looks much better than before. These are 6mm pre grooved mdf panels that come pre primed ready for paint. Stuck using grab adhesive and finished on top with a dado rail and plastic trim on corners.

Making a ramp for a wheel chair user, 18mm boarding packed out with cls underneath with a curved side piece to stop the wheels going off the edge. Finished with a nice patterned lino.

Fixings squeaky floors in Eastbourne flats. This is the last room of 2 flats now. We have to take up the old flooring, then the chipboard floor to access the joists. We then have to brace all the joist and add more wood to stop the whole floor bouncing on the concrete, stopping the bounce stops the squeak.
We lay the floor back down and replace any damaged boards.
Finally we lay the finished floor, this one being vinyl strips but can be any finish.

Re boarding and felting an old garage roof. Boards were replaced with 18mm structural plywood so nice and strong, fixed into a steel frame use self tapping screws. New High quality felt was then tacked on top and wooden fascias fitted all around to finish it off.

Straight forward garage spruce up. Nothing special or difficult that means you couldn't do this yourself but the clients asked us to help. 2 coats white masonry paint on the walls and 2 coats grey garage floor paint. Please note that garages can be very damp so drying times can be affected.
