Last week's call out for no hot water and red hot radiators led to a diagnosis of a failed Mid-Pos valve.

Replaced in 90 minutes and back up and running like new, another happy chappy

And with that, we close on a big project over the last 6 weeks or so.

2 new bathrooms fully fitted, new radiators, an old bathroom converted to a bedroom, and a brand new cast iron effect soil system to accommodate the new facilities.

All in all a big undertaking and very happy with the results.

A much needed heating system flush for this customer, replacing the tank and a new towel rail while we're at it

Out with the old, in with the new.

Replaced this old cast iron soil system with a new Brett Martin cast effect system. Renewing waste connections to an existing bathroom while also enabling a new bathroom to be installed at the front of the property
