Some photos from our Silverknowes project, couple minor things to carry out when holidays are over.

Old garage dropped and replaced with side extensions and rear utility added, old kitchen now a downstairs bathroom.

Beautiful Wren Kitchens fitted, thanks again to our subcontractors who again produced the good 👏.

Small roof repair in Roslin, a failed lead flashing was letting water into this property.

Fully stripped back new joists added with new declivities, new roof coverings and skimmed ceiling inside

Well that’s a Wrap On another year, just a thank you to all my Customers over 2025, it’s been another good year 🤝.

Thanks all to all my subcontractor, workers and suppliers also 👏 .

A special thanks must go to Mikey, Johnny and all the team M R Electrical Ltd over the last 6 months they’ve subcontracted work out to me which was greatly needed at a time where my body couldn’t handle to big a job.

Now time for a small Operation and 6 weeks rest ♿️ and then we go again to smash 2026 🤛

Old rotten timber decking lifted and old framing lifted, all rubbish cleared and new 40sqm of composite decking fitted with new handrail, we also xtended the old area slightly. 😍

Must note to choose months wisely when doing composite 🥶 ☔️, fantastic customer to work with totally understanding in delays due to material and weather delays 🤝

All electrical and plumbing re done to suit new lay out.
