A nice strip and re-tile done on this bay window the tiles were in a bad way and a state of disrepair so these had to be stripped out removing some sections of rotten timber sarking. The roof was then wrapped with a breathable and water resistant membrane before fitting new tile batten and tiling the roof up. The pointing up the hip tiles was then done with colour pigmented cement to suit the terracotta colour of the tiles and hip tiles.

Another full UPVC guttering rehaul this time with a rain water catchment system in place for watering the plants around the garden another customer absolutely over the moon with the work carried out.
