When the football hits the window... ⚽

Accidents happen. A football, a stray stone or the occasional over-enthusiastic game of catch can be enough to break a window. But with Gecko Panes installed, the pane stays in place even if the glass behind it breaks. The Gecko Pane helps hold the broken glass and shards in place, acting as a temporary protective layer until the window can be repaired.

So while nobody wants a broken window, at least you have an extra layer of protection between you and the aftermath. Secondary glazing that does more than keep the heat in.

We’re delighted to welcome Andrew Davis to Gecko Glazing as a Board Adviser.

Andrew brings an exceptional breadth of experience in finance, strategy and governance. A Chartered Management Accountant and experienced management consultant, he has held senior roles with organisations including TSB, PwC, McKinsey, Scottish Widows and Bank of Scotland.

He also serves as a Board Member of Historic Environment Scotland - making his combination of commercial expertise and passion for Scotland’s historic environment especially relevant to Gecko.

As we enter our next stage of growth, Andrew will advise our Board and leadership team on strategy, finance and the development of the business. His perspective will be invaluable as we work to bring the benefits of Gecko Panes to more historic and traditionally constructed buildings across the UK and beyond.

Because Gecko Panes are lightweight and durable, we can send them anywhere in the UK using regular carriers.

Delivery is usually 2–3 days - and yes, we ship internationally too!
