Friday feeling 💡⚡️🕺🏻. Nice job to finish off the week. After performing an EICR at this property. The remedial work was carried out today. Downlight upgrades and tidy ups along with some minor repairs. Then an upgrade of the consumer unit. RCBO’s installed for added protection to each circuit individually, along with an SPD (surge protective device) which will help protect electrical devices if there is any voltage spikes. Now for a Beer 🍺.

Todays upgrade. Consumer unit with RCBO’s and an SPD fitted. Heating board also upgraded with RCBO’s.

💡🔌⚡️🚨Electrician wanted 🚨⚡️🔌💡

We are looking to recruit an electrician in Edinburgh and surrounding areas to carry out Electrical safety inspections and the necessary remedial work and repairs.

Electrician Requirements:

· The right candidate will be a time served electrician with City and Guilds 2382 Level 3 Wiring Regulations qualifications - preferably 2382-18 (latest 18th Edition).
· Other essential qualifications are City and Guilds 2391 level 3 OR City and Guilds 2394+2395 Level 3 Inspection and Testing or equivalent qualifications
· An advantage would also be a qualification in City and Guilds 2377 Electrical Equipment/Appliance Maintenance, Inspection and Testing, although not essential.
