Great project to be part of. Completed in stages throughout, every area of this renovation turned out beautifully. A fantastic effort from the whole team, and something everyone involved should be proud of!

Replacing existing roof ties to increase headroom within the space, using C24 timber, M12 bolts, and dog tooth connectors. On to the next room 💪🏼
Work will be carried out sequentially, replacing one tie at a time to maintain structural stability throughout the process 👷

We are cracking on with the lime and cork insulation system upstairs with build out up to 110mm in areas.
With the mesh layers completed today final pash out to get to required levels 🫡

- strip out of flooring, plasterboard, electrical, plumbing and internal walls
- old concrete slab broken up and dug out 400mm from finished floor level
- x8 skips filled 💥
- new opening cut and concrete lintels fitted
