Another project successfully completed!

A private client at Steedman Row had their bathroom stripped out following a leak, and we were brought in to reinstate the space to a high standard.

This was a full-scope refurbishment project, with our team delivering all plumbing, electrical and maintenance works required to restore the bathroom. The project included:
New shower installation
New sink and toilet fitted
New flooring throughout
Electrical reinstatement works
Full redecoration and finishing touches

The result is a fully restored, modern and functional bathroom, completed to a high standard and ready for the client to enjoy once again.

Another project complete: Bonington Industrial Estate ✅

This client required a full package of electrical and plumbing works as part of the preparation and upgrade of their premises at Bonnington Industrial Estate.

We delivered electrical and plumbing works throughout the site, including the main industrial space and welfare areas. The project involved lighting, cable containment and trunking upgrades, along with plumbing improvements to WC and washroom facilities. Careful planning and coordination ensured all works were completed efficiently and integrated seamlessly within the wider fit-out programme.

We were asked by the landlord to custom-design and install a frame and gate to ensure the utmost security for residents. In order to ensure the job was completed to the highest standard, we also worked on the stonework surrounding the frame.

We carried out a carefully planned bathroom upgrade that went beyond the original shower replacement. The works included installing a new shower setup, fitting underfloor heating for added comfort, laying new LVT flooring, adding a new vanity unit for a cleaner and more contemporary look, and installing wet wall panelling around the bath to improve both appearance and practicality.

The end result is a bathroom that looks far more expensive than its budget suggests, delivering exactly the kind of transformation the client was hoping for.
