Second project completed for Anne in Portobello. The first was her extension. This time, a damp issue beneath the floor of her 150 year old flat.

Step out to better living with DTJ 🌳

We opened up the existing window to install a set of new French doors which not only makes way for more natural light, making the home more welcoming, but completely transforms the way of living for the client.

It provides convenient and direct access to the garden which is especially beneficial for entertaining guests or enjoying outdoor living!

The adjoining steps and handrail were also crafted by us to make for a superb finish.

We were contacted by a repeat customer in Bonnyrigg for this bedroom renovation ☁️

The brief was, "We want better storage and the room to look like a hotel room with a dark and warm feel."

They trusted us with our design plans and input, and weren’t disappointed!

Works consisted of:
- Lowered suspended ceiling with hidden LED lights
- ⁠Fully bespoke wardrobes with walnut doors and internal lights
- ⁠Open walnut shelves with exposed lighting
- ⁠Walnut boxed panelling which houses two floating drawers
- ⁠Brick slips behind the bed and LED up lights
- ⁠Bespoke mirrored wall and frame
- ⁠Full decoration

There's no need to move to a bigger home when you can extend your current one! 🏠

We extended this bungalow in Silverknowes to turn it into the perfect, spacious family home 😌

Works consisted of:
- Opening the existing kitchen to create one big kitchen diner
- Knocking down structural walls and fitting steel beams
- Three window openings all structurally altered and enlarged
- Fitting a new kitchen
- New windows and doors supplied and fitted
- Plastering throughout
- Laying new Karndean flooring
