A small bathroom , the traditional Edinburgh victorian type , narrow and challenging .

With some hidden problems tucked behind wet wall and older style wet floor .

Bold choices from the client, who really wanted both the bath and shower , but also to retain the storage in the old cold water tank housing .

A difficult little room , which is often the case in such spaces .

Lots of work to correct the floor / walls / mains plumbing , window area and really sharpen it up . .

Client as always was really happy with the finish. 🫡
