I started to do subcontracting work which let me experience all different types of work from working in a hospital to working night shift on building premises. Bathroom refurbishment that was done some time ago I totally forgot to post the transformation of. Existing bathroom ripped out and then stole some space from hall cupboard by removing half a non load bearing wall making the cupboard smaller and the bathroom bigger. This allowed to put a large walk in shower in place. PVC ceiling boards and fully tiled. We alcove build for new location of vanity unit. Removal of soil stack and a air admittance valve fitted to remove pipe boxing. Enclosed cistern toilet.

Some recent work carried out. Utility room in a old mansion brought up to modern times.
Walls strapped and sheeted to give the square look. Lowered ceiling.
New pipe work for taps on back board along with solid oak sink divider.
Modern kitchen units along with a custom built area with seating and pull out drawers for shoe storage underneath.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have now stopped working inline with the government’s guidelines.

However we will be able to Carry out ESSENTIAL Repairs to your property. This is to allow people to live with Heat, Cooking facilities, running water, electricity and security.

We would have to follow the guideline of 2m social distancing if a repair is carried out. In this instance it would be a case of the property owner isolating to another room whilst the repair is being carried out. To ensure this guideline is in place.

List of repairs that can be taken on.

• Fixing of leaks.
• Replacing broken ovens & hobs*
• Replacement of locks.
• Boarding up of broken windows and doors.
• Toilet, Sink & Bath repairs.

*Please note that due to suppliers now reducing there items of sale. some repairs may not be able to be undertaken.
