With the better weather coming in it’s a great time to get your garden sorted for the summer! ☀️

We recently completed this composite decking job, with 2 separate areas in the garden totalling 65sqm!

✅ 28mm anthracite composite decking boards
✅ Green treated timber frame with bitumen coating
✅ w**d protection
✅ 400mm joist centres for maximum strength

All of this to guarantee your decking stays fresh for a long time to come!

Take a look at one of our projects that was carried out just before the turn of the year! ⭐️

This project included guiding the customer through the architectural, structural and building warrant process alongside Lothian Plans, ready for structural works to begin.

All trades were supplied by us for this project.

This stunning Howdens kitchen complimented with quartz work surfaces and splashback really are the focal point of the project

The existing load bearing wall was removed and new steel installed to create a large kitchen/living space for our clients.

We also installed new flooring, finishing, doors, and utility in this area.

Throughout the rest of the downstairs we also refurbished the existing w/c, installed a new glass ballustrade, patio doors, along with 2 acupanel feature walls to give their home a great new feel.

⭐️ Bathroom upgrade ⭐️
Take a look at this bathroom upgrade we carried out earlier in the year!
Here we installed new mdf tile effect wetwall, lvt tile effect flooring and matt white ceiling panels to give a fresh look to the bathroom - complimented by matt black trims, towel radiator and smoked black bath screen!
We also reused the customers bath, toilet and sink but changed all waste fittings, taps and cistern to a match the matt black finish. 🤩

⭐️ Oak staircase and door project! ⭐️

We carried out this project over the summer and returned to see the finished product after painting and carpet installation!

We replaced the existing mahogany balustrade with solid oak handrails and posts, complimented by these stunning matt black metal spindles.
In addition we also replaced the 14 existing mahogany doors with solid core oak vaneer “Seville” style pre finished doors!

We are absolutely delighted with the finished product! 😍
