I think that of all the qualities I look for in my team (energy; a love of creating systems; strategic-thinking and spatial creativity to name but a few; one of the most important traits is FRIENDLINESS!

This flat was in a bit of a sorry state when Niksen called us to help with it.

Lived in for 40 years by a chap who hadn’t changed anything (and hadn’t even moved his stuff out properly!) we had our work cut out big time.
