Another beautiful back garden lawn completed in this new build estate, after lifting the old grass we were able to see the issue… zero topsoil and laid straight onto clay. We removed the old grass and compacted four tone of topsoil then laying on top new turf from rigby Taylor witch has turned out great 🏡😍🔥
