I am a fully qualified plumber since 1996 and can carry out all general plumbing tasks including drains and gutters, kitchen & bathroom refurbs and new builds. I am also available for general domestic maintenance such as fence repairs, grass cutting, painting, hanging pictures, minor carpentry duties such as repairing beds, hanging pullies, and assembling furniture and appliances. I am based in Colinton but cover all of Edinburgh and would consider the surrounding areas.

This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week) with the option to work overtime.

The successful candidate must:

- be enthusiastic, highly organised and hard-working
- be time served with current qualifications

SUNDAY CALL OUT

Emergency call out this morning to attend to a leaking shower 🚿

Used camera 🎥 to locate leak as was in tricky position.

Discovered that fittings had burst in the shower mixer behind the wall and was flooding 💦 the kitchen below.

Replaced fittings 🔩 and stopped leak.

Another happy customer 😃

Attended to a blocked down-pipe which serviced 4 flats. Had to clear severe blockage below ground and cleared pipe up to gutter / hopper. Absolutely choked with fat.

Because of the blockage and the freezing temperatures, all 7 lengths of the down-pipe have cracked and will need replaced.

⚠️ Make sure your down pipes are clear, especially in the cold weather ⚠️
