William and his team (mid calder colts 2015’s)will be doing a sponsored walk across the forth road bridge, this is to raise funds for strips equipment and essential training facilities.

A strip and re slate completed this week in temple (Midlothian).

We removed all the scotch slate and applied vp 400 breathable waterproof membrane.
Then re slated using a 16/10 Spanish slate, each slate has been double nailed with copper nails to give a longer guarantee.

We introduced bonding gutter to seperate from the adjoining properties.

New zinc ridges and valleys have been fitted along with new cast iron gutters.

Clean job and another happy customer.

This week we have completed phase 1 of our on going harling contract in Bathgate.

We removed all defective coatings and applied new render,finished with a golden shingle dash.

With an extensive range of backing coats and chip samples, each customer can choose the best exterior finish to they’re own personal preference.

We re harled these chimneys in penicuik this week for a returning client.

Stripped back to brickwork, bonded and harled using a yellow spar chip.

Double tree by Hilton,(north Queensferry)

Wee completed this small render job today after damage was caused by delivery companies.

We applied aqua cement board fixed with poly plugs, this was base coated and top coated with k rend.

Keyed and pointed to resemble natural stone.

We replaced this concrete coping stone today, then applied a new beaded pot along with a gc1 for the gas fire.

Honched with a strong mix of sand and cement.

We have re built this brick wall after storm damage, we cleaned off all the undamaged bricks and replaced some with a new gisken bricks supplied by brick and stone.

We put new posts into the ground and re fitted the fencing panels.
