Load baring way removed this week and new steel works inserted to form large open plan kitchen and dinningroom area for kbb Musselburgh this week .

All wall inserted with temporary props then wall removed , new steel work inserted supplied from john jordan steel then sheeted with 12mm fire rated plasterboard . Property left clean and tidy for kitchen fitting starting .

Absolutely stunning installation for a client in peebles .

We transformed this original stair which had spindles and handrails into a more modern style finish finished in 8mm toughened glass supplied from lothian glass. Along with some led feature lights which are multicoloured and dimmable.

We also inserted a perimeter feature light into the main ceiling with is linked to the stiar lights to all tie in nicely together.

Along with this work we also supplied and fitted new carpets to the stair and bedrooms. Lvt flooring throughout the bottom level of the property with new skirting boards and a new compisite front door .

Job completed today with large format tiles at buckstone . This customer unfortunately has issues with original floor screed but we stepped in to re screed it , apply ditra matt and then carry out the tiling work in the kitchen , dinningroom and utility room .

😅 out goes the display we only put in about 6 months ago it was not working for me so what you see on the right hand side is just a wee snip of what's happening. Not only is it just this we are changing we are going to be offering a new wider range on sinks and taps along with kitchen accessories. We are going to be installing a fully working boiling hot tap along with all our usual extras like sockets, feature cladding and flooring .

We will be offering sink and taps combination deals along with a new referral scheme which we are still trying to iron out the best way to reward our clients and tradesmen when we are recommend.

Stay tuned as we push on with the start of many changes to come.

We currently have an ongoing project in peebles. Here we can show you our dcm pro Warmup UK underfloor heating system we have installed for our client in there kitchen no more cold concrete floors . This will be screeded with a flexi fiber screed and then finished with Polyflor Ltd camaro ridgid core rose vale oak finish.
