Unfortunately cylinder snapping is now becoming more prevalent up here in Scotland. It’s not so much of a problem if the face of the barrel is flush with the handle plate but definitely worth considering an upgrade as these barrels are also pick and bump resistant!!

Just got a hilarious description of a job description from a tenant!

‘Our front door lock is stiff and coming away from the door when trying to unlock and lock it, worried that the key may snap in the door door also doesn’t lock, only way to lock it is the snob on the inside.’

Those snobs can be quite unhelpful at times.🤣
