Today, some of our team took part in Advanced Emergency First Aid at Work training, sharpening the skills that could one day make all the difference in a critical situation. From CPR and casualty care to real-life emergency scenarios, the session was hands-on, practical, and incredibly valuable.

First aid training isn’t just a box to tick, it empowers individuals with the confidence and capability to act quickly when it matters most. Whether on site or in everyday life, these are skills that save lives.
