Proud to share our work on Buccleuch Street, Dalkeith, one of the first Passivhaus certified social housing projects in Scotland.

Our structural engineering focused on minimising thermal bridging and maintaining airtightness throughout; from loadbearing insulation foundations to deep timber stud walls and a carefully detailed thermal envelope. The result: homes designed for nearly zero operational carbon.
