Re-harled this elevation using polar white 6mm chip and a white through coloured backing coat.

Nice face-lift for any property, you can really see the difference between the new and old, another happy client.

As you can see from photos this celler was sheeted by another company, and very "ropey" to say the least. Angles where off, gaps in plasterboard pretty substandard to be honest.

Client asked if there was anything I could do with, I formed the curved ceiling using bonding to help straightening arises out which give it alot more character in my opinion, walls skimmed to receive a painted finish.

Chimney stack and partial gable casted in sand cement to match original due to water ingress. Gable still wet here will dry out the same as second chimney stack(middle is original).

Insurance job after a leak which involved stripping out what was left of the old ceiling and reinstating it to its former glory.

All work carried out by CW Plastering Service's.

Chimney had to be taken down and rebuilt using blocks this time as bricks where delaminating and in a bad condition, engineer suggested this was best practice to use.

Once Brickie done his part it was upto me to get it patched in and back to its former glory. Free hand corners and a drip bead applied. Scratch coated and top with sand and cement butter coat and a wet dash mix made to suit existing cast on wall.

A welcome change to this property in North Berwick, the conservatory had larger glass panels replaced and wanted to change the added on porch vibe to adding what feels like another room having covered old roughcast (tyrolean).

Walls where saw-drafted and sealed with a primer to aid in providing a key for plaster to hold onto. Then an undercoat was used to straighten walls and providing a suitable backing surface to apply a finish coat.

Here is a small extention that had been rendered to the ground bridging the DPC (damp proof course) it had to be stripped and redone. Client wanted a paint free finish so I advised using Krend through coloured Roughcast system.

This job consisted of straightening the boards off and skimming following on after a damp proofing company. Used bonding to straighten wall of and skimmed with multifinish.
