BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

To any of our business customers who have premises that are sitting empty at the moment due to lockdown it would be advisable to turn off the mains water supply and drain all outlets to prevent any issues.

Good Morning,

After the announcements made last night in order to protect our customers and ourselves we will only be attending essential work if you are an existing customer or an NHS employee. Essential works are:

1. Water Leak.
2. Gas Leak.
3. No heating or hot water.
4. Blocked drains.
5. Gas Safety inspections for Landlords.

Boiler Guarantees - Vaillant boilers have clarified that any boilers registered with them with annual services due between February 2020 and June 2020 will maintain there existing guarantee if the annual service is completed before the end of 2020. We will be in touch to arrange servicing as soon as we are permitted to.

We have been classed as key workers and are continuing to carry out work for any essential plumbing, heating and gas work that you may require throughout this difficult time.

We are keeping up to date with any guidance that we have been given when entering your homes and will wear protective shoe covers, disposable gloves and a mask. We in return would ask that you thoroughly clean any area where our engineer will be working prior to their arrival and where possible leave the room that they are working in.
