With access only possible from above, we used rope access to clean the gutters, remove an old seagull nest, and repair damaged slates safely and properly.

Completed roofing services including gutter and downpipe cleaning, slate replacement, and leak investigation and repair. Gutters and valleys were cleaned on all elevations and drainpipes unblocked. All missing and slipped slates were replaced. Leak investigations were carried out at two locations: defective underlay was replaced at one, and two split slates were repaired with correct coverage at the other. All work was completed with proper care and full safety.

Completed slate replacement (approximately 40 slates), gutter and downpipe cleaning, gutter replacement (old gutter removed, new gutter installed, joints sealed with mastic and painted), and hazardous antenna removal. All work was carried out with proper care and full adherence to safety procedures.
