This cupboard was was built from scratch to fit perfectly under the staircase providing much needed storage for our customer ✅️

Structure secured✅️Last week we erected this heavy duty propping system to shore up this sandstone building for a lovely window to be installed once the sandstone has been removed!
This steel propping system is not for the faint hearted as the total weight of the steel propping system is a total of 3 tones! This took alot of prep work and skill to make this system work in conjuction with this property.

🚨 Emergency Call Out – Ceiling Collapse

We received a call from a long-standing customer after the bathroom ceiling in one of her rental flats suddenly collapsed. Thankfully, no one was injured.

Our team responded quickly and carried out an inspection, where we discovered the old timber joists had badly rotted. This meant the floor of the flat above was at serious risk of falling through.

The area has now been made safe and we’re working with the landlord to carry out the necessary repairs.

⚠️ A good reminder for landlords and homeowners — if you notice cracks, sagging ceilings, or signs of damp, don’t ignore them. Acting early can prevent serious damage.
