Bit of hedge removal and disposal with the digger today. This privot hedge had seen its best and had become quite mixed with other shrubs so we removed it and dug out all the roots. It’s fairly opened up the garden and allowed the client to decide what to do next.

Monday afternoon I entered this job with my 2.5 tone tracked digger this afternoon I had it finished. Industrial style ground level and seeding all done with the machine. Approximately 5-600 meters of rough grass/weedy ground. All of the top surface now underneath and tracked tight and in doing so generate fairly good soil to use on the surface. A couple of passes using the rake bucket on the digger. Now ready to spread the seed and feed and then again another rake through to mix the seed and feed. Finally all tracked down to a nice level finish. I’ve used this method a good few times now and it cuts down on the back Brakin job of using a rake and barrow to remove the stones. Within a few weeks the tracks become none existent and at this time of year should make for a fairly healthy lawn within a few months. Anyone looking for anything like this along with any other digger work give me a shout .👍

That’s the latest porcelain patio done and dusted. Very nice product to work with I even managed a few wee sneaky curves in porcelain sets to signify the trees I left in the garden during the excavation stage . Finished of the outer edges with a rather expensive chuckie stone but finishes it off nicely !
