Works are well underway on this brilliant project in the Calder Valley. Planning has recently been achieved on this dormer bungalow remodel. The design has been tweaked with the front dormer split, and we've wrapped the brick work around the rear to create a bit more interest, but this will make a massive difference to the existing property! Works are well underway with creating this fantastic family home in the Calder Valley! The existing property is being converted into a part two storey part single storey home which overlooks the fantastic views. We've managed to work with colleagues in Planning to ensure the design works well within the greenbelt and conservation setting whilst respecting the guidelines. Traditional design elements have been blended with the modern to add a bit of a twist!

We're really pleased with how this single storey rear extension turned out! The existing conservatory was replaced with a light touch glazed kitchen / garden room. The apex roof and natural stone walling was a nod to the charm of the existing property. Once the landscaping is complete it will look stunning!

This lower ground floor extension has really opened up the existing kitchen space and has created a lovely area that the family can enjoy together! Extra wide bi-fold doors and slim profile roof lanterns have been incorporated to give a light open feel. The balcony above provides another place to escape to!
