Shall we talk about the elephant in the room? 🐘 🐘

It’s not often we walk away from new business, but recently we did.

We provide payroll for contractors and our majority client base is recruitment companies. That’s it, nothing else.

We charge a small processing fee to the contractor and that’s how we run our business. We do get asked for commercial rebates and when it makes sense, we are happy to have a sensible conversation.

We do, however, walk away when the demands simply don't add up!

As a recruitment company, ask yourself where the money is coming from?

We know some umbrella companies are owned by your recruitment competitors.

We know some suggest they are purely UK-based, but they are also operating disguised remuneration schemes.
