Here we go….

Tough post to write this one.

On Friday 23rd Jan I’ll be closing the doors on Russell Electrical Services for the last time.
It’s been a fun, stressful, hard working 15 years but it’s time to move on.

I appreciate all of my customers, some of which have become good friends, for keeping me busy for all of these years! Without you all there would have been no business.

And to everyone else I’ve met along the way, people who I’ve worked with, people who have supplied me with materials and equipment, I thank you.

I also want to thank the family members who believed in me 15 years ago and helped in getting my business started and continue to support me in the next steps.

After 25 years, It’s not the end of my electrical journey, I’m going on to become an Aircraft Electrician! I’m looking forward to using my skills on something that I have a very keen interest in!

Have a great Christmas everyone! It’s almost time for Chris Rea

Hi everyone, this is a local project I’ve been involved with for a few years now local to my home. We are always trying to raise funding to help improve and maintain our area. We have created a spacehive bid to help support our project.
The spacehive bid is now live. We now need residents/supporters to bid to show an interest in the project and raise its profile. My understanding is that the more people that show an interest demonstrates to backers that it is a worthwhile cause that will impact on a large number of people. Anyone that can help will only need to bid £2 to show support and demonstrate need for funding.

Good afternoon folks.
It appears this afternoon’s little power cut has caused a few issues with security alarms and security lighting.

If your PIR operated security light is stuck in the on position, you will need to turn off the power for 30-60 seconds then back on. The light will illuminate again but should go off after the time set on your PIR.

If your alarm system started to sound then this indicates that the systems back up battery has failed and requires replacing.

💡 10 years ago today I took the biggest gamble of my life, after being made redundant and with our first child on the way I started Russell Electrical Services!.
I would like to thank all friends, family and customers who have helped along the way and made it all Possible!
Yes it’s hard work and very stressful but I wouldn’t change a thing! 💡
