Hi everyone, I've not posted for a while as I've been really busy and I just want to thank everyone for their continued support and custom since I left NSTS Ellesmere through injury. It's been hard at times coping with the pain and continued agony but we plod on.
I just thought I'd share this with you as it's been quite a major job , engine replacement due to the engine being seized from lack of oil pressure.
The old engine was taken out and the replacement engine has now been fitted. I've just got to finish the rebuild now. 👍👍

Flywheel and clutch kit fitted to this nice fiesta st . The car was diagnosed having a poor clutch pedal. Not operating properly and returning as it should. Another garage had fitted a pedal master cylinder, so I knew it couldn't have been that. So looking at the state of the clutch and flywheel when it came out it had been worn for quite sometime.
So along with a new concentric slave cylinder fitted, this car is now driving fine! 👍👍

It's a suspension day today. 2* new front shock absorbers fitted to this Peugeot.
Customer had got a red warning from the dealership after an annual service.
Big Rays was happy to help .

Sorry Big Rays hasn't posted for a bit , but it's been really busy ,but I thought I'd post today for you. Nice job done this morning in Gobowen on this range rover ,a new wheel bearing hub fitted and a new exhaust on a Peugeot 107 for the same customer. Job done 👍👍👍👍👍

Hi guys hope everyone is well.
Sorry not posted for a while ,Big Rays has been very busy. I hope to continue and serve you all the best I can this year too.
This is why I'm asking for your help.
I want to expand and find a suitable premises to work from . Having being turned down by the council on the business park, because working on vehicles is prohibited apparently on the council side of the business park.????
I have tried the all the local places and they are all full or the access is not sufficient enough.
Doesn't have to be over big ,just big enough.!
With power and water.
If anyone knows of anything or someone that could help. Drop me a message.👍👍

I would just like to say to everyone that I have helped over this last year and to all my customers new and old that followed me.

It's been quite a tough year for me after my injury and it's not really over yet but I'm coping with aches and pains daily.
So hopefully I'll get sorted one day. Hopefully next year's my year ,till then I'll continue to serve you all the best I can.

New alternator and battery fitted to this scenic to get them on there hols. Car was diagnosed not charging properly and the battery was half the capacity it should be. As a result electronic systems were shutting down.
Having to remove the front bumper and lights to give enough room to manoeuvre the alternator out and refit the new unit.
Always looks very drastic but needed to be done.
Job done 👍👍 happy to be of service.
Big Isuzu rodeo truck tomorrow for finishing off now I can get to it .

This tidy Volkswagen t30 in today for 2*new front wishbones and ball joints ,and fit brake discs and brake pads all round.

Few jobs done today in the glorious sunshine 🌞.
I did a Hyundai i30 washer pump this morning, a golf in for a rear brake imbalance , I replaced the discs and pads, serviced and cleaned the braking system.
Working fine now 👍👍.
While I was doing it I noticed that the vehicle had a broken road spring, dangerously on the brink of jumping out of its seat on the rear also.
Customer said the Car was MOT'd last week at a garage 🤬🤬🤬 it wasn't a fresh break been done a while.
The I did a Corsa for a couple of suspension links. One needed a little warmth to help remove it.
