Recent renovation completed for a client.
We stripped the old low ceiling, fully insulated and created a new high-pitched ceiling to open up the room. Oak-clad ceiling ties were added as a feature, along with new high-performance Velux windows.

We’re excited to be starting another extension project just outside of Newmachar.

This new addition will create a beautiful south-facing living and dining space, complete with large triple-track sliding doors to maximise natural light and views of the garden.

The extension will also allow the existing living room to be transformed into a new bedroom, adding both space and flexibility to the home.

All black exterior will contrast the cottage, making it stand out from the crowd. Looking forward to seeing this project take shape!

We’ve been busy working on a major refurbishment and large extension beside Ythanbank. The existing farmhouse was fully stripped back, re-insulated, new Nordan windows and doors, slappings and reconfigured to create a more modern and functional layout.

Once the farmhouse was completed, we moved on to the large extension—transforming what was once a smaller farmhouse into a spacious, open-plan family home. With an impressive 11 steel beams installed, we’re now ready to drop the scaffold and move on to the finishing stages once the snow clears.

We haven’t posted on here in over a year, but all your recommendations, kindness, and word of mouth throughout this year have not gone unnoticed. We’ve been extremely busy working on a wide variety of projects, including new builds, extensions, commercial work, kitchens, bathrooms, and everything in between.

We’ve got some exciting projects coming up next year and can’t wait to share them with you.
