From freshly sown reworked ground to a lush green lawn in just 3 weeks! 👌

It’s always satisfying to see a job come together, but seeing results like this only 21 days after sowing is something else. The customer has done a great job keeping on top of the watering, and the results speak for themselves.

A brilliant transformation and a lawn that will only get better as it continues to establish. 🌿

🚧 Self-Employed Groundworker / Landscaper Wanted🌿🚜.

Due to increased workload in the Aberdeenshire area, DFR Groundworks based near Ellon are looking for a reliable self-employed groundworker/landscaper to join us on an ad hoc basis, with potential for more regular work for the right person 🔨. The work includes, landscaping and groundworks. Operating small plant and excavators (experience essential). General site work and labouring. We are looking for someone who is reliable and turns up on time and can work overtime when required. Takes pride in their work, works well in a team and can work on their own initiative.
Must have own transport and clean driving licence. Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience.

🚧 Exciting Pathway Project Underway at Ladywood, Aboyne! 🚧

We’re delighted to have started work on refurbishing the pathways at Ladywood, Aboyne on behalf of the Aboyne Community Trust.

These improvements will help create cleaner, safer, more accessible pathways for everyone to enjoy for years to come.

We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused while the work is underway. There will be some restricted access to the wood as we carry out the project safely and efficiently.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to complete these works very soon.

Another great project completed by the team at DFR Groundworks 👷‍♂️🚧

Over the past 3 weeks 🗓️, we’ve been hard at work at the recently renovated racquets court at Fyvie Castle 🏰 for the National Trust for Scotland.
The job covered a wide range of works including but not limited to, repairing and replacing drains 💧, installing downpipe gulleys and chambers, laying fibre optic ducting 📡, land clearance 🌱, ground preparation 🚜, de-stoning, topsoil spreading, reseeding 🌾, and finishing with red brindle aggregate dressing 🔴.

A big well done to the team 👏 with special thanks to Pete, Ross, Euan and Daniel for their hard work, skill, and attention to detail throughout delivering fantastic results on a historic site ⭐
Also a big thanks to J&M Strang for delivering the aggregate and topsoil.
