This is what happens when the job isn’t done properly…

A Velux window was installed the wrong way around, with felt and battens left unsecured.
From inside the attic, the entire work could literally be pulled out by hand—something that should never happen.

We had to strip everything back and redo it properly:
✔️ Velux window installed the correct way
✔️ Correct Velux flashing kit fitted
✔️ All work fully secured to proper standards

A costly mistake that could have been avoided from the start.

Do it once. Do it right.
Because fixing poor work will always cost more in the long run.
