Three weeks of craftsmanship, precision and hard work. 🧱👌

Another bespoke brickwork project completed by Mann Built Building & Roofing Services.

This wasn’t just another wall. From setting out and excavating, to pouring all the foundations and laying around 10,000 bricks, every stage was completed by our team from start to finish.

✔️ 16 handcrafted brick piers
✔️ Feature sloping curved brickwork with precision-cut detailing
✔️ Traditional brick-on-edge finishes
✔️ Circular water fountain built from scratch, complete with a hand bullnose float finish for a perfectly smooth appearance
✔️ Every foundation, every brick, every detail completed by us

The only thing left is to install the coping stones and pier caps to complete the project.

We’re incredibly proud of how this one has turned out. Quality brickwork like this takes time, attention to detail and skilled craftsmanship—and we think the finished result speaks for itself.

This 160m² bungalow roof had been suffering from leaks in several areas. Once the existing roof was stripped back, the cause became clear – the old valley lining had completely failed, with multiple holes allowing water to pe*****te the property.

Our team carried out a complete re-roof, including:

Another flat roof transformation completed by Mann Built Roofing Specialists! 👌

This roof had reached the end of its life. The existing rubber membrane had failed, was lifting in several areas, and had developed leaks.

Our team carried out a complete replacement, including:

✅ Removal and disposal of the old rubber roof
✅ Stripped back and replaced the damaged roof decking with new OSB boards
✅ Installed brand-new coping stones for a clean, modern finish
✅ Fitted a high-performance 3-layer torch-on felt roofing system
✅ New leadwork and edge detailing completed throughout
