We’re pleased to confirm that the Building Regulations application for a single-storey rear extension has now been submitted.

The plans will now progress to the plan check stage, where they will be reviewed for compliance with the relevant Building Regulations. Once approved, a Plans Certificate will be issued and forwarded to the client.

With the Plans Certificate in place, construction can then commence, bringing the project one step closer to completion.

✅ We’re pleased to announce that a Discharge of Conditions application has now been approved for one of our new-build developments in Soham, Cambridgeshire.

In addition, a further Discharge of Conditions application for a separate new-build dwelling was submitted today and is now progressing through the approval process.

These are significant milestones for both projects, bringing them one step closer to construction. With conditions being addressed and approvals moving forward, works on both developments can soon commence.

✅ Planning Permission Granted!

We’re delighted to share that planning permission has now been successfully granted for this residential extension and remodelling project in Bury St Edmunds.

The approved scheme includes a contemporary rear extension, internal reconfiguration, and external enhancements designed to create a more functional and modern family home while complementing the existing property and surrounding streetscape.

With planning approval secured, we are now moving forward with the next stage of the project: the preparation of the full Working Building Regulation Package. This will include detailed construction drawings, technical specifications, and coordination with consultants to ensure the project is ready for construction and Building Control approval.
