It is always very rewarding when you are recommended by clients to neighbours for future work. This is exactly why we started doing this work in the first place. So why not pop in to see how the project is coming along! This two-storey terraced house in Enfield Chase has now been redeveloped to include a new steel frame internally to provide lateral stability. During construction, it became clear that existing steel beams could be retained and incorporated into the proposed design, saving the client money. The client has been a real pleasure to work with, many hurdles overcome to get this one delivered on time as promised.

Planning Approved!!! 🙌🙌🙌 It is now time for us to crack on with the design of this redevelopment project in Enfield, London. There will be a new floor layout internally and further opening up works of the existing walls to provide access to the extension at the rear of the property. We can’t wait to show you guys the final product, it’s going to look amazing.🏡🔨👷🏼‍♂️
