Job Role:
Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician
Salary: Depending on Experience
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician.
As a well-respected practice based in Enniskillen, we are passionate about architecture and technology with a heavy emphasis on detail design.
You will be an integral part of the business working in all aspects of the office including the production of high-quality working drawings, job running, site experience, contract administration, and general office admin.
The role will involve a diverse workload working on Domestic Residential, Housing Development Schemes, and mixed-use Commercial Schemes. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of these projects.

The ideal candidate must have: ·
✅ Hard-working, diligent, and have great attention to detail.
✅ 1-5 years of experience in the field.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
✅ Solid technical knowledge of UK construction methods.
✅ Ability to manage the design of various projects within a specific timeframe
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Preference is given to applicants with Working Knowledge of 2D/3D Vectorworks from 2019 onwards.
✅ Previous experience in surveying & measuring existing buildings.
✅ Knowledge of Both Planning regulations with in-depth knowledge of Building Control regulations in N. Ireland. Additional knowledge of R. Ireland will be an advantage.
✅ Knowledge of N.Ireland CDM Regulations
✅ Preference will be given to a member of CIAT, CIOB, RICS, RIBA registered candidates.
✅ Full UK driver’s license & must have a car
✅ Must be a resident of either N. Ireland Or R.Ireland to apply.
Desirable, not essential:
✅ Full Working Knowledge of 2D/3D Vectorworks 2019 onwards.
✅ Working Knowledge in BIM
✅ BSc (Hons) In Architectural Technology
✅ A keen interest in the sustainability of buildings & Passive House Design
✅ CSR Card Platinum Card - Professionally Qualified Person or other.
