Arch progress. This arch will serve as both a decorative and a structural piece.
Joining onto a old structure you can’t always rely on it being plum. I had to allow for this when setting out at the start. Another top tip is, sometimes using two different building merchants for their building sand can give you a slightly different shade to your gage (sand and cement mix) but with this being done in lockdown I have been very limited to supplies. I’ll see when I go back how it’s dried.
Next step is to make a profile for the shape of the arch and then....... build the arch. 👌🏻

A great before and after picture of a big job I completed in Ashtead surrey, 42 panels of fencing, 130m turfing, sleeper retainer, 12x8 shed base, shed, and 36m paving....... Really pleased with the finish even with the heat we have been having.

Hi, my van was found nearby, however all my power tools were taken.
Van is now with the police for forensics, then for repair of the ignition barrel and cover under the steering wheel.
Fingers crossed won’t be long and I’ll be back on my feet.
Thanks to everyone who shared and commented really appreciate the support.

A great mid summer project down by the sea, Bracklesham Bay, (west wittering) I had completed some decking for this customer earlier in the year, very pleased with that I was asked to landscape the rear garden and side path.
