This job featured a full tiled roof using Redland concrete slate grey plain tiles, giving a clean, modern finish. We installed individual valley tiles for durability and detail, along with mortar-laid and pointed verge edge tiles for a solid, traditional edge.

The ridge and hip system was mechanically fixed with proper ventilation to ensure long-term performance and airflow. Flat roof areas were completed with a three-layer torch-on felt system for maximum protection and longevity.

All leadwork was carefully installed to a high standard, alongside verge edge tiles which were securely laid and pointed using mortar for a neat and robust finish. A ventilated ridge system was also fitted to promote effective airflow and improve the roof’s overall performance.

To complete the project, we installed brand new uPVC fascias, soffits, and guttering, enhancing both the appearance and functionality of the property.
