Every home is different, which is why we work across three tiers.

Essential covers the architectural foundations: survey, drawings and planning submission. Refined adds design development and CGI, with you managing construction. Signature is the full service, from first survey to final sign-off.

All three follow the same three-phase process, Planning, Technical, Construction, and any tier can be extended with extras such as CGI visuals for planning support.

A collection of Phase 2 technical drawings for a rear two-storey extension in Surrey.

With the existing house finished to a high end, Rob had to work closely to match those finishes throughout the design, all while coordinating with a structural engineer on the steel structure needed to support the new build.

Visuals from a small and simple project of ours, a Refined tier interior fit-out involving a kitchen and media wall design for a studio flat in Wimbledon.

Handleless cabinetry with integrated appliances, a quartz worktop, tall splashback tiles and scaffold board shelves. The corner nook provides the perfect spot for a coffee machine or air fryer.

Space is minimal, so we opted for a small round dining table that can be moved with ease.

In the lounge, bespoke joinery frames the space with an acoustic TV wall, integrated cable management and tall shelving with soft lighting.

Another planning application approved, this time in Sevenoaks for a returning client!

The plans include a new 49m² open-plan kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, plus a reconfigured utility room. Upstairs, there’s a new bathroom and study on the first floor, and the loft becomes a large master bedroom with dressing room.
