Shower tray is only 1 year old and the customer has had nothing but problems. The water was resting on the grout and eventually started to soak through the grout. The tray was also fit on legs supplied with the tray which we don’t recommend. We use timber and moisture board to ensure there is no movement on the tray and bed it down with cement.

This water dispenser is a great idea for anyone who owns horses. Instead of faffing around with a bucket and hose, the water dispenser fills itself up automatically. All work comes with a 2 year warranty.

Here we have a brand new shower tray install, customer rang and said one of her sons cracked the shower tray and was allowing water to flood out from underneath. The crack was due to the poor installation from previous installers, the bathroom had only been in for 6 months. We noticed the wet wall panel wasn’t fitted correctly and we decided to swap it out. customer was left extremely happy with the work
