Recently completed re-roof by the team in Eston.

Here we removed all the old slates and laths.

Installed new; eaves protection trays, breathable membrane and 2x1" treated laths.
Thrutone fibre cement slates and grey angled ridge tiles fixed using a dry fixing system. We also installed a velux window providing natural light to the loft space.

Full fascias soffits and guttering replacement job completed recently in eston.
All old timber soffits and fascias capped in new white uPVC. New black ½ round gutters and downspouts to give a fresh clean look to the property.

Bird prevention job completed recently in ingleby barwick.

Here the customer had a problem where pigeons had chosen to nest underneath their solar panels.

This was causing a few issues including...
• excessive mess leading to blocked gutters.
• excessive noise.
• bird droppings constantly having to be cleaned from, garden furniture, drying clothes etc....

To prevent the birds getting under the panels. We installed hedgehog brush to the perimeter of the framework. This was fixed using heavy duty cable ties. This method means there are no mechanical fixings to the framework which in most cases, voids any warranties supplied when the panels where installed.
This job is also guaranteed for 3 years.

Gutter cleaned and outlet unblocked in cowbar.

Concrete slab repair and drainage holes installed in staithes.

GRP roof completed recently by the team in Guisborough for Robbie J Walton.
Here we installed the GRP deck ready for the lantern to be installed. We also formed a throughlet outlet from code 4 lead for water egress.

Something a little different.
Here we removed the old damaged plastic corrugated sheeting from the pergola.
Installed new polycarbonate sheets.
All edges were taped and capped giving a lovely little sheltered but naturally light, outdoor seating area.

Old mortared ridge tiles removed, cleaned and reinstalled using a dry fixing system.
