Another fantastic little project completed today for a local repeat client whose parents we've been carrying out projects for for almost 30 years.

With planning permission secured through our architectural design partner, this project included:

✅ Fully insulated conservatory – floor and walls
✅ Low-energy windows and doors
✅ Blue reflective roof glass
✅ Foundations dug to 1 metre deep and filled with ready-mixed concrete
✅ Fully plastered with a smooth finish
✅ Modern radiator and outside tap
✅ Plenty of chrome sockets, including USB outlets
✅ Modern interior wall lights
✅ Attractive exterior lights and outdoor sockets
✅ Skirting boards fitted throughout
✅ Fully decorated by our own expert decorator

And to put the icing on the cake, we completed a beautiful sandstone patio with a paving border, laid on a full sand and cement bed over a properly compacted Type 1 hardcore base.

Most importantly, we left another happy family ready to enjoy the summer in their wonderful new space.

A big thank you to our clients for the drinks, biscuits and bacon sandwiches throughout the project – it was very much appreciated by the Cedar Crew!

Our Lastest project
It’s been a while so thought I had better show off what we up to
A fantastic dinning room extension for a local family in Tamworth
From nothing to this is a matter of a few weeks
Perfectly matched bricks and pointing
Vaulted ceiling with velux roof skylights
Low energy ked spot lights.
A rated window and French doors
All fully professionally painted finish
Giving the whole build the beautiful finish it deserves
And to add to the overall finish we have replaced the soffit fascia and guttering
And then done a more modern garden redesign of new sandstone patio ,new turf and long lasting sleepers to form boarders

Nice little bathroom finished for a local family that has aged parent living with them so lots of thought going in to how it will be used
