Emergency call out 🚨.

Call out attended start of last week in Cranbrook. Customer called to say they had water constantly dripping through a shower valve and into the stud wall. On investigation, I saw that the plastic shower fixing nuts were cross threaded. Cut the plasterboard the opposite side of the tiles to avoid any major damage, then capped the pipe so they had water again.

Update:
Back yesterday to install a shower fixing kit made from brass, with copper rather than plastic coming through the wall. Plasterboard taped and filled ready for a coat or two of paint.

Call out attended to this evening. Customer had drilled a floor board and into a heating pipe. Heating system drained, pipework replaced, central heating system refilled ✅.
