🪵 Of ALL the places this floor could have split…

It chose right in the middle. 😂💥

Not by the wall.
Not somewhere you could conveniently cover with furniture.
Nope. Centre stage. 👀🎭

And did we mention the engineered oak flooring was brand new? 😬

Replacing that one damaged section could have meant disturbing perfectly good flooring around it, so we gave it another option. 🛠️✨

Repairing oak like this is where things get interesting — recreating the grain, texture and colour so the damaged area works with the surrounding floor again. 🎨🪵

🎥 Stick around for the transformation… this floor wasn’t staying the main character for long. 😏

🚿 It started with one tiny chip... during installation.

Before it was even properly in use, the damage was already there. 😅👀

Funny how the smallest bit of damage becomes the first thing you notice every single day.

The good news?

A chipped shower tray doesn't always mean a full replacement. 👌

We repaired the damaged area, saved the customer from unnecessary expense, and got the shower tray looking as it should from the start. ✨

One awkward impact left this corner looking worse for wear, but damage like this doesn't always mean replacing panels or cutting the holiday short. 👀

This time, the tile was cut just a little too much, leaving gaps that the tap valve plate simply couldn't cover. 😬

It wasn't a plumbing problem.
It wasn't a faulty tile.

Just one cut that went a bit too far... and suddenly it became the first thing your eye landed on. 👀

The good news?
It didn't mean ripping the bathroom apart and causing more potential damage to other tiles or sanitary ware. 👌✨

A careful repair was all it needed to bring everything back together and get the finish looking right again. 💪

🤯 Imagine finding the perfect basin for your bathroom...

Then one day it cracks... 😬

"No problem," you think.
"I'll just order another one."

Except... you can't. 😳

The basin had been discontinued, meaning a replacement simply wasn't available.

Luckily, that wasn't the end of the story. 👌

Instead of ripping out the vanity or settling for a completely different basin, we repaired the damage and gave it a second chance. ✨
