Our postal services here at The Exeter Business Hub:
- Registered office address: to be used with Companies House and HMRC and we only expect post from them.
- Mail accommodation: for clients to have their post sent here and then we...
- Email them to let them know they have post and hold it for their collection
- Open it and scan it to them
- Re-frank and/or re-envelope it and send it on

All post can be dealt with as the clients wish i.e. sent on a specific day or to let them know what they have received and then have them decide what they would like us to do with it.

The phone will be answered in your business name and then we can:

📞 Transfer call to another number and if no answer, take a message and then email or text message to client

📞 Take a message and email or text it to client

We can personalise the service according to clients wishes i.e. if they are no longer taking orders, we can relay this to the caller on their behalf.

Or,

The telephone line will be on permanent divert to a number of a client’s choice. These calls are sent straight to the client’s number of choice, and we are not involved at all.

Lotus is on the lower ground floor and comes equipped with tea, coffee, water and supplies, a Jungian sandtray and other therapy resources, and a desk space and wi-fi for online work. A therapy / massage table can also be made available.

A wonderful and inspiring time was shared at the Exeter Wellbeing Hub as we welcomed guests to Introduction to Energy Psychology - EFT Tapping.

Counsellors, psychotherapists, coaches, and healthcare practitioners came together for the session, hosted by Energy Psychologist Alda Gomez, who offered a fascinating insight into how and why tapping works, and guided us in the practice of tools to use for the regulation of ourselves and for clients.
