I fitted one of these a couple of weeks ago. Quite a natty idea. The waste from the basin empties into the cistern. Certainly saves some space but it's a bit of a stretch to reach across the toilet to wash your hands.

Just finished creating this WC room in a shed on a farm. All sorts of capers. Digging, concreting, drainage, building the stud walls, fitting a window and a door. Even created a dog shower. For dogs ! I guess they'll get the hang of it. Also, today I re pointed this wall. Luckily the rain was heavy enough to run off the roof and miss the wall. Mmm soggy.
